The Roselli Ulu is the knife of the Inuit or Eskimo. It's used for skinning and butchering game, food preparation, making garments, and anything else that requires a sharp edge. Versatile kitchen knife for cutting meat, vegetables, slicing pizza and more. Forged carbon steel blade and curly birch handle. Comes with a birch rack.
The traditional Ulu knife is a versatile universal kitchen knife and a practical tool for a skilled chef who can take advantage of the rolling movement with the heavy carbon steel. Suitable for cutting, slicing and chopping – from pizza and meat to vegetables and even for skinning.
The blade is made from forged carbon steel and the handle is curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensure a firm grip, even when wet.
Comes with a knife rack in birch, also with a linseed oil coating.
